Trendsetting Spotlight on Jenni!

It's time for the Trendsetting Spotlight! Each Thursday we feature a card made by someone who has participated in the previous week's TSG Challenge. Would you like to be in the Trendsetting Spotlight?? Join in the fun by participating in our weekly challenges posted every Monday!

This weeks spotlight is on Jenni!
Jenni participated in last week's TSG87 Recycle It challenge.  Here is Jenni's fabulous card that she submitted!
I just loved her unique layout and charm dangling off the ribbon.  Her coloring (look at those cheeks) is wonderful (using her new Aquamarkers) and everything just ties together so nicely!

Here's a little bit about Jenni:

I am a happily married mum of three, work part time as a library assistant and spend most of the rest of my time crafting - I also make stained glass suncatchers and enjoy making beaded jewellery. Papercrafting is my favourite craft however and, as well as making cards, I run a local scrapbooking group.

I've been stamping for around 12 years now, I started making cards when my youngest child was in Playgroup and there was a craft shop locally which had a small collection of rubber stamps where the owner introduced me to embossing.

I was a bit disappointed with my early results though because I wasn't happy with any of the colouring methods I tried and it wasn't  until I tried watercolour pencils that I started to get the kind of  finish I was happy with. Since then I've discovered Promarkers, Prismacolour pencils and various other paints which give great results and stamping is my favourite paper craft.

My favourite embellishment is probably ribbon - I use it on the vast majority of my cards.
At the moment my favourite new craft tool is my new pack of
Aquamarkers but most new tools become my favourite until something else comes along!
